Snow Day = Project Day

Being snowed in today, I've had a little extra time on my hands to work on/finish a few knitting/crochet projects. Here's what I've been up to lately:

I knit this warm hat for my sister for her Birthday last month. I made an extra one too and put it up for sale in my shop. And for my Callie girl, I've been slowly knitting a little sweater for her to wear next fall...it's my first sweater, and I know it'll take me a while, so that's why I've stared so far in advance. Update

I've been really bad about updating this blog lately (not that I've ever been really consistent in the past), but things have been a bit busy around here and I've been spending my time enjoying my baby girl and each new milestone that comes. I don't want to take my eyes off her for fear that I'll miss something...she's only going to be this little for a short time!

40 weeks!

Today was my pregnancy "due date" and I have been blessed to have Callie in my arms for the past 10 days! She is so precious, I look forward to watching her grow. Already, I can't believe how much she's grown in one week:

36 Weeks, Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!
This is the third year in a row that I've worn my cat ears.
I guess I'll make it a tradition to bring them out every year...it's just too easy! :)

Just counting down the weeks til my due date...less than 4 weeks!
I'm down to weekly appointments at the doctor's office.
I'm 1 cm dialted, little over 50% effaced....not that that really means anything at this point.

Staying busy with "nesting".
Getting anxious to meet our little one and find out if we have a he or a she! :)
